1. THE LAB:
The newly designed LAB program is a skill-based training session. Every week, a different aspect of the game is broken down to its finer points. An organized 30-minute game follows each 60-minute skill session.
Our coaches will utilize specially tailored drills that enhance our players' overall skill level. There is also a dynamic exercise component to the program that focuses on Speed, Agility, and Quickness; essential tools for a successful athlete in any sport.
